The local congress secretariat, Confedent International, has made block reservations for NUF2011 participants in selected hotels within convenient location of the congress venue. The special congress rates are valid only for reservations made through the secretariat using the web registration form. To make a hotel reservation, please use the on-line registration form available through the congress website.

You do not need to contact the hotel directly. Reservations will be accepted on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Your reservation will be confirmed by Confedent International after your request has been processed and your deposit for the reservation has been settled.

Accommodation payment
The listed congress hotel prices are valid only when booking accommodation through the Confedent on-line registration form. To guarantee the reservation you will be requested to pay a deposit of one night in advance together with your registration fee. All additional nights are to be paid directly to the hotel upon departure. If you require accommodation before or after the actual Congress days, please contact the local NUF2011 secretariat at nuf2011-at-confedent.fi

Cancellation policy
All cancellations of accommodation or registration must be made in writing to Confedent International at nuf2011-at-confedent.fi All refunds will be made after the congress at the exchange rate of the refund date. The organizers or the congress office cannot be held responsible for a loss caused by alterations in exchange rates. If cancellation of hotel is received after 20th June there will be no refund of the paid deposit. There will be no refund for no-shows.
