Mikko Saavalainen, CEO and PartnerMr. Saavalainen graduated from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration with a M Sc. Degree in International marketing. He joined Kaukomarkkinat, the largest trading house in Finland, in 1994 where he worked in various departments as Product Manager, Export Manager and Vice President. In 2000 he was appointed General Manager for Canon North-East responsible for sales and marketing of all Canon products and services to the former Soviet Union territories. In 2006 he was appointed Senior Vice President and Member of the Executive board for Comptel Ltd, a world leading telecom software provider. At Comptel Mr. Saavalainen was responsible for sales globally. Mr. Saavalainen joined Hotelzon International as a CEO in September of 2007.

Ella Juneja, Director of Strategy and Management ProcessesMs. Juneja received her M Sc. Degree from the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration. After graduation she continued in the logistics department as researcher. After that she worked in BearingPoint consulting (former KPMG Consulting) as project manager and subject matter expert in client engagements. Engagements included process development and implementation, performance management system planning and implementation, various cost analyses in private as well as public sector. Prior to joining Hotelzon she worked for Comptel as the manager of the sales support team responsible for sales order handling, customer and sales pipeline management and reporting. Ms. Juneja joined Hotelzon International in 2007.

Lasse Nordlund, Marketing Director Mr. Nordlund graduated from University of Helsinki as MSc from the faculty of computer science majoring IT project management and processes. He has over 7,5 years experience in the telecom industry as a project manager and consultant. Mr. Nordlund worked as a consultant at a telecom operator Sonera (now TeliaSonera) between 1998-2001. He joined Unisys Ltd. in Sep 2001 and worked in projects for Nokia and Finnish telecom operators. Mr. Nordlund joined Hotelzon International in 2006 as the Head of Global Services responsible for global operations with his team of experts in 2 coutries. In the beginning of 2008 he was appointed as the Marketing Director of Hotelzon group.

Jussi Honkio, Director of R&DMr Honkio studied at the University of Helsinki in the faculty of social sciences majoring in statistics, with studies in the faculty of computer science. He joined TietoEnator in 1998 and worked as a consultant and project manager in telecom sector for over five years. In 2003 mr. Honkio joined Accenture Technology Solutions as a technical consultant with a team lead role. He joined Hotelzon in July 2005 as a technical architect, he was appointed as the Director of R&D of Hotelzon International in February 2008.

Johan Sandström, Managing Director of Hotelzon Sweden Mr. Sandström studied at the University of Gothenburg where he graduated from the School of Economics majoring in Marketing. He has been working in the travel trade since 1988. He has been working in travelagencies and abroad within the leisure travel industry. From 1992 until 2000 he has had responsibilities for sales and marketing within two wellknown swedish hotelchains. During the period from 2000 until 2005 he has had the responsibility for sales and marketing at the Swedish Exhibition Centre together with Göteborg Convention Centre and Swedens largest hotel with over 700 rooms. Mr Sandström joined Hotelzon Sweden as Managing Director in February of 2005.

Sandy Zu, Managing Director of Hotelzon ChinaMs. Zu received Executive MBA at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). She also holds B.A. degree in British & American Language and Culture from Beijing Language & Culture University (BLCU). She started her career as a journalist and editor. Prior to joining Hotelzon China in 2008, Sandy was Vice President with Fleishman-Hillard China. She built Fleishman-Hillard Shanghai office from scratch and turned it into a million-dollar business. Now at Hotelzon, Sandy Zu is in charge of day-to-day operations of the rapidly growing Hotelzon China office. Her in-depth understanding of Chinese and Western cultures and business ideologies is critical in running a successful business in China. Ms. Zu joined Hotelzon China in 2008.

Mika Engberg, Managing Director of Hotelzon Finland Mr. Engberg has studied at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.He has been active in the hotel industry since 1984. Mr. Engberg has acted as a hotel director and a partner at castle-like LordHotel 1990-2004. He was a managing director at Palace Hotel during 2001-2004. Mr. Engberg has also participated to several branch organizations as a member of the board. 2004-2006 he had a position as a consultant for hotels and real estate investors. Key areas at that time were hotel feasibility studies and yield management. Latest task was to chair an event marketing company at 2006-2008. Mr. Engberg joined Hotelzon Finland in 2008.

Olli Juvonen, Managing Director of Hotelzon UK
Mr. Olli E. Juvonen graduated from the Swedish School of Economics with a degree in marketing. In the past 20 years he has worked as CEO in number of companies in Finland and different parts of Europe. He is specialized in companies which have large potential for fast growth. Mr. Juvonen joined Hotelzon on June 19, 2008 having completed a project with as CEO of Exel Sports Oy, one of the sport brand icons of Finland. Before that he has been leading several IT-companies and a.o. one of the largest call center companies in Scandinavia.
