Jani Kaskinen, Hotelzon International Ltd., CEO


Mr. Kaskinen has graduated from Henley, England as MBA. Mr. Kaskinen is an experienced IT executive who has worked for over 10 years in the software industry. Mr. Kaskinen has spent close to 8 years with the world leading EPP software provider - Basware, his various roles including VP of Sales & Marketing and VP of Global Product Sales. Most recently he has been working at Customer Value Group in England as the Commercial Director where he was responsible for product offering, sales and marketing. Mr. Kaskinen joined Hotelzon in 2008.

Ismo Huumonen, CFO

Mr. Huumonen graduated from the University of Tampere majoring in accounting. After graduation he worked in Halton Group and Fibox Oy, both two companies being medium sized industrial companies with an international setup and offcies in several countries around the world. In Halton he supported the establishment of an internal bank and was responsible for setting up the reporting system. In Fibox Oy he acted as Group Controller. Prior to joining Berling Capital and the Hotelzon Group, he was the Finance and Operation Director at Fujitsu Siemens Computers Finland. Fujitsu is a leading provider of customer-focused IT and communications solutions for the global marketplace. Mr. Huumonen joined Hotelzon International as a Chief Finance Officer in September of 2005.

Minna Sauramaa, Managing Director of Confedent International


Ms Minna Sauramaa graduated from Helsinki School of Economics (BSc) majoring in business administration. She is an experienced meeting and event professional who has worked almost 20 years in congress and event business. Beginning her career with Congrex International working as a congress coordinator proceeding to work as a congress manager for 8 years. In year 2000 Ms Sauramaa was appointed to establish a new business unit, Corporate Events, at a leading Finnish event company Management Events (former Kontakti.net), where she later also took over responsibilities of the whole company’s services as a director and member of the board. She was invited to become a Managing Director for Confedent International Ltd. (former Congreszon Ltd.) in August 2007. Hotelzon International acquired Confedent International in July 2009.

Hanna Ilén, Hotelzon International Ltd., Vice President of Sales

Mrs. Ilén has graduated from Tampere University of Technology as M.Sc.
(Engineering). Since graduation she has gathered a versatile working experience including sales, training, business controlling, planning and logistics. For past 4+ years Mrs. Ilén has worked in software industry for Basware's financial management offering. Her tasks have included customer and partner trainings in Finland and abroad as well as leading the training team. Most recently she worked as an Account Manager with Basware consolidation, IFRS, budgeting and reporting solutions. Her clientele included dozens of Finland's large and medium sized companies in all business sectors as well as the public sector.
Mrs. Ilén joined the Hotelzon group in 2009.

Heidi Kotilainen, Financial Controller

Ms. Kotilainen graduated from Lappeenranta University of Technology majoring in accounting. After graduation she worked in Teemuaho accounting agency chain as an accountant and she was responsible for consolidated financial statements and management reporting of Teemuaho group. In 2002 she joined telecom operator Elisa where she worked as a controller both in business units and in group controlling team. Her tasks included eg maintenance of budgeting and forecasting processes and management reporting. She joined Berling Capital Group in 2005 and since April 2009 she has worked as a financial controller at Hotelzon Group.

Veli-Pekka Harjuoja, Hotelzon International Ltd.,Business Development Manager


Mr. Harjuoja graduated from Stockholm University School of Business as MSc (Business Administration and Economics). Since graduation in 2004 Mr. Harjuoja has worked at Hewlett-Packard, most recently as an account manager in the imaging and printing group, dealing with product sales and solutions. His clientele included global corporate customers from all business sectors.
