This acquisition adds considerable capacity and volume to the Hotelzon International Group’s congress organising capabilities and further supports the ongoing growth in hotel reservations through the Hotelzon online reservation system. The merger will create synergy benefits and possibilities to expand high quality congress management to Sweden, as well as expanding current Hotelzon event management activities in the UK region.

Confedent International Ltd, along with all of its current employees, will move into the Hotelzon International Group headquarters in Helsinki. Minna Sauramaa will carry on with her position as the Managing Director of Confedent International Ltd.
