  1. How do I install the application?

    There are two options: a) use phone browser to access www.hotelzon.com/mobile pages and click Download latest version item or b) download the installation package to your computer and perform the installation using PC Suite.

  2. Can I use the application without available GPS device

    Yes, the application works with all S60 3rd Edition Nokia phones. Quick search and Advanced search can be perfectly used without in-built or external GPS devices.

  3. Which Bluetooth GPS devices are supported?

    The Hotelzon Mobile works best with the phones that have in-built GPS, but it also supports external GPS devices. Application has been tested with Nokia Bluetooth GPS modules (we recommend Nokia LD-4W), but any Bluetooth enabled GPS module compatible with your phone should be be OK.
  4. What is Corporate Account?

    Corporate Account enables companies to make and manage reservations to from web based Hotelzon Online system and get its benefits equally for Hotelzon Mobile use. The reporting tools and company negotiated rates for hotels and hotel chains are available.
  5. How to activate Corporate Account use with Hotelzon Mobile?

    For existing customers: contact your Account manager at Hotelzon International and request for activation of mobile users. You will receive the further instructions of activation and installation.

For new customers: Get standard information of Corporate Account from: http://www.hotelzon.com/corporations/products/corporate_account/ and fill your contact details to Information request form. You will be promptly contacted by Hotelzon.
