All hotels found at this website can be booked directly online. System provider is Hotelzon Sweden AB. In this system you can book as much as you like without booking fees. Below you find the terms & conditions that apply.
General
Hotelzon provides a booking system that delivers online hotel bookings to connected hotels. Hotelzon, as the system provider, is not responsible for the service, staff, or standard that hotels or other suppliers deliver or fail to deliver. Each connected hotel is responsible for that the information about them is up to date and correct. If you require additional information about a hotel we refer directly to that specific hotel.
Booking confirmation
As a booker you will receive a confirmation via e-mail, SMS or fax depending on which alternative you have marked. We recommend that you also print your confirmation from the screen and/or write down your reference number.
Cancellation policy
Each hotel has their own cancellation policy which is clearly stated when you make the booking. Please read the cancellation policy carefully. Usually a cancellation can be made the same day as arrival. It can also happen that cancellation must be made the day before or that cancellation is not possible. If you would like to view or cancel an active reservation simply click on “Cancel reservation” (or equivalent link written in another language). No charges will apply unless the hotel stated so when you made the booking.
Payment with credit card
When making a booking you need to type in your credit card number to guarantee the booking. This is a guarantee for the hotel in the event of a "no show" or if you do not cancel your reservation in time. To ensure your security we encrypt the credit card number and encode it into a non-usable form. Funds are normally not withdrawn from your credit card before you check out from the hotel. In some cases the hotel will however withdraw a deposit or the total amount from your card directly. The system accepts all major cards but the individual hotels may have limitations regarding which cards that are accepted. If your card is not accepted the reservation will not go through. If your card is not accepted some of the most common explanations are:
1. Your card number or the expiry date is filled out incorrectly.
2. Your card type is not accepted at the hotel.
3. The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
4. You have reached your credit limit.
5. There is a technical problem.
Local tax
In most hotels local tax is included in the price but not always. If it for example says "TAX 14 PCT" but does not say if it is included or not you should assume that it will be added on top of the price. (Excluded tax is especially common for bookings in USA).
Requests to the hotel
When making a reservation you can under ”Message to hotel” insert requests and submit them to the hotel. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate these special requests. There is however no guarantee that your request will be granted.
Discounts
Some rates include discounts and you may need to show special documentation at check-in to confirm that you are qualified to receive that rate (senior discount, AAA discount, etc.) Please do not expect to receive a discounted rate without proper identification even if the booking is made online.
Children/extra beds
Usually children under twelve years of age stay for free in their parents room using the existing beds. An age requirement differs depending on the hotels policy. Most hotels offer extra beds at an additional charge. Some hotels may have restrictions on which rooms that can accomodate extra beds.
Breakfast
In Swedish hotels breakfast is normally included if nothing else is mentioned. For international bookings it is normally described in the hotel room description if breakfast is included or not.

Hotelzon want to offer the best service possible and help our users and correct possible mistakes regarding their reservations. Hotelzon however only act as the system provider and a distributor of hotel bookings. We have therefore no responsibility for the service, staff or standard offered by the hotels.
