Hotelzon’s Mobile 2.0 for hotel bookings on the move

The launch of Hotelzon’s innovative mobile phone hotel booking application software has seen a surge in smartphone business users making real-time hotel bookings. Hotelzon Mobile 2.0 provides access to more than 90,000 hotels in approximately 20,000 cities across 180 countries.

The mobile phone hotel booking application is pre-programmed into Nokia business phones and will soon be available to be downloaded on i-phone, Blackberry, Windows CE and Google Android.

Originally the first mobile solution on the market, Hotelzon’s Mobile 2.0 finds the nearest and best available accommodation using GPS technology.

Utilising GPS functionality, Hotelzon Mobile 2.0 provides users with the option to search for, book, view and cancel their hotel room bookings anywhere and at any time, and then helps the traveller to get to their hotel. An instant confirmation is then sent via SMS directly to the user’s handset.

For the travel manager, booking data is captured and management information (MI) can be returned instantly, meaning that, at any time, a report can be drawn up to show where employees are travelling to or staying overnight.

The revolutionary solution has solved the problem for time-poor business travellers as they no longer need to make expensive and time-consuming phone calls from abroad for last-minute bookings and alterations. This convenient business tool supports organisations’ travel policies and gives the traveller an independent means of confidently making a hotel reservation regardless of the time zone or geographical location, thus generating a real cost saving for businesses.

Hotelzon Mobile currently supports 17 languages including Chinese, Hindi, Arabic and Scandinavian languages.

With a corporate client base exceeding 15,000 corporate organisations, Hotelzon already has over 100,000 mobile users.
