When your business is spread over different cities and countries, your travelers will often visit many company locations and offices. In Hotelzon, you can add and highlight all those locations, so your travelers can easily search for hotels nearby, reducing the time they spend booking their hotels.
Step by step instructions
1. Click on the Locations tab in the Company Info option.
2. Select Add Location.
3. Simply fill out the name and address of the office. Select the Apply to whole business unit option if this location should be visible not only for the whole company, but all of its sub-units as well.
Note: If you select Automatic geocoding, Hotelzon will get the GPS coordinates from the address and add your location to the map automatically. Otherwise, you can set these values yourself.
